Our Services

Fast Profiles provides social media growth services, premium subscriptions, software licenses, and mobile top-ups. All services are provided "as is" with the following understanding:

• Social Media Services: We deliver real engagement from genuine users. Results may vary based on platform algorithms.
• Subscriptions: We provide access to premium accounts for third-party platforms. You must comply with their terms of service.
• Software Licenses: We provide legitimate licenses for software products. Each license is for a single user.
• Mobile Top-ups: We facilitate airtime and data bundle top-ups through our partner networks.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods.

Payments & Balance

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge the specified amount
• Maintain sufficient balance for orders

We accept M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, and PayPal. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Social Media Services: 24-48 hours average
• Subscriptions: Instant to 24 hours
• Software Licenses: 24-48 hours
• Mobile Top-ups: Instant to 1 hour

Delays may occur due to technical issues, platform changes, or high demand. We will communicate any significant delays.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our services. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis under these conditions:

• Failed Delivery: Full refund if service is not delivered within 72 hours of the stated timeframe.
• Quality Issues: Partial or full refund if delivered service does not meet stated quality standards.
• User Error: No refunds for orders placed incorrectly or for services used.
• Change of Mind: No refunds for change of mind after delivery has started.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services responsibly and not to:

• Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass our security
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff
• Resell our services without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Profiles shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages resulting from your use of our services
• Third-party platform changes or policies affecting our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment or chargebacks
• Account inactivity for 12+ months

Upon termination, your access to our services will be revoked, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
